We at 528 Creative collaborated with BRISK AI, an AI-enabled frictionless EPOS solution developed by Kappture, to produce two promotional videos showcasing the user journey and efficiency of the system in a live stadium environment. The aim was to highlight the speed, convenience, and security of BRISK, with a focus on how it improves the fan experience and drives revenue.
We filmed footage showing fans using the BRISK system to grab drinks and receive instant receipts. The narrative followed the customer journey step by step: tap your card, grab your drink, leave, and receive an instant receipt. We also captured side-by-side comparisons of traditional kiosks with long queues versus BRISK units, clearly demonstrating the time savings.
The content was designed for multi-channel use, including web use, social media, and promotional campaigns. We incorporated key messaging into the visuals: avoid long queues, improve fan experience, protect customer data (all processed on-site), and achieve a fast return on investment, even in low-ceiling areas. We used clear descriptive text throughout the video to clearly communicate these key factors.
