The Brief

We at 528 Creative were honoured to collaborate with Fairways Fore Hope, a prestigious charity golf event held at The K Club in County Kildare, to produce a suite of videos and reels capturing the energy, camaraderie, and charitable impact of the event. Filmed over two days and two nights, our goal was to document the teams in action, highlight the fun atmosphere, and showcase the event’s sponsors and partners.

In addition to the main event highlight video, we created short-form reels for social media and sponsor-specific videos for Fransican Well and Keepers Heart Whiskey, allowing them to promote their involvement across their channels.

A key part of the project was producing moving and powerful video content for charity partners, including the Dillon Quirke Foundation and Rainbow Club Cork, which were played at the event itself to communicate the impact and mission of each organisation. Working closely with the charities, we captured the essence of their work, telling the stories authentically and sensitively.

FILMING EQUIPMENT

PROCESS

1. Pre-Event Planning – We coordinated with event organisers to schedule coverage, identify key moments, and plan shots for teams, sponsors, and charity content.
2. Event Filming – We captured all teams playing, networking moments, and the general fun and excitement of the event.
3. Sponsor Videos – We filmed dedicated short-form videos for Fransican Well and Keepers Heart Whiskey to promote their involvement in the event.
4. Charity Feature Videos – We produced moving and engaging videos for the Dillon Quirke Foundation and Rainbow Club, highlighting their missions and impact.
5. Post-Production – We edited a main highlight video, multiple short-form reels, and sponsor/charity videos. Applied colour grading, sound design, and pacing to maximise storytelling and engagement.
6. Delivery – We provided content for event playback, social media, sponsor channels, and marketing purposes.
   

RESULTS

• Delivered a main event highlight video showcasing all teams, sponsors, and the charity atmosphere, suitable for social media and promotional use.
