We at 528 Creative have been working with iNUA Collection for over three years, producing a huge library of video and photography content across their 12 hotels nationwide. The goal was to create a consistent, premium visual identity for each property while highlighting the unique personality of every hotel. Our work spanned campaigns for summer, winter, couples getaways, family breaks, weddings, corporate stays, and more - ensuring iNUA’s marketing team always had fresh, versatile content ready to go. This project required careful planning, fast turnarounds, and logistical expertise, with many shoots delivered in under a week from production to final delivery.

PROCESS

1. Pre-Production & Planning - We worked closely with the iNUA marketing team to plan back-to-back shoots, often covering multiple hotels over consecutive days. We handled cast booking, location planning, and shot lists to make the most of every minute on site.
2. Filming & Photography - We staged bedrooms, filmed service in restaurants, captured leisure facilities, weddings, and conference spaces, and directed lifestyle moments with couples, families, and groups. We managed the balance between filming and keeping hotels operational, ensuring minimal disruption to staff and guests.
3. Logistics & Scheduling - Our team coordinated shoots across multiple counties, frequently managing consecutive hotel days and complex schedules to keep everything on track.
4. Fast Turnaround Post-Production - Our in-house editing team produced video and image sets under extremely tight deadlines - sometimes turning full campaigns around in less than a week.
5. Delivery - We supplied content in multiple formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions, ready for website banners, social media reels, and paid campaigns.
